Charm Party Booking Policy & Terms

Thank you for choosing Purposefully Charming! We are excited to create a memorable charm bar experience for you and your guests. Please review the following booking policies before reserving your event.

1. Booking & Cancellations

To reserve your event date and time, full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to thescheduled event date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.

2. Party Package

Your booking includes:

Up to 10 necklace creations

Up to 5 charms per necklace. *Beaded charm necklaces include up to 3 charms per necklace*

Approximately 2 hours of charm bar service

Charm display and styling station

Table décor and setup

Guidance and assistance throughout the event

Additional necklaces, charms, chains, or upgrades may be purchased at current pricing, subject to availability.

3. Guest Count

This package includes materials for up to 10 participants.

If additional guests would like to create jewelry, please notify Purposefully Charming at least 7 days before your event so additional inventory can be prepared.

4. Event Space

The host agrees to provide:

A clean, level indoor or covered outdoor space.

Adequate lighting.

Access to electrical outlets if needed.

Sufficient room for the charm bar setup and guest seating.

Purposefully Charming reserves the right to relocate or modify the setup if weather or safety conditions require.

5. Setup & Breakdown

Setup begins approximately 30–60 minutes before the scheduled event.

Breakdown requires approximately 30 minutes after the event concludes.

Please ensure access to the venue during these times.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable.

Events may be rescheduled one time with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are responsible for the full balance due to inventory already breing purchased or customized.

7. Late Starts

If the event begins late due to venue access or guest delays:

The event will still end at the originally scheduled time unless additional time is available.

Additional time may be available for an additional fee.

8. Children

Children under the age of 12 should be supervised by an adult while handling jewelry tools and small charms.

Purposefully Charming is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of jewelry-making tools or supplies.

9. Damaged or Lost Items

Purposefully Charming is not responsible for:

Lost jewelry after guests leave the event.

Jewelry damaged due to improper care or normal wear.

Allergic reactions to metals or materials.

11. Travel Fees

Travel within 10 miles is included.

Additional travel may incur a fee of $1 per mile or a flat travel charge, which will be disclosed before booking.

12. Force Majeure

Purposefully Charming shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, illness, or other events beyond reasonable control. Every effort will be made to reschedule the event.

13. Liability

Purposefully Charming exercises reasonable care during all events but is not liable for injuries, property damage, or losses occurring during the event except where required by law.
